1. Purpose of Agreement
The Farm Owner agrees to allow the Photographer access to the flower farm property for the purpose of conducting photography sessions, subject to the terms below.
2. Date, Time, and Fee

Hourly Rate: $50 per hour
Payment Terms: Full payment is due before or at the start of the scheduled session.
3. Farm Rules
Photographer and clients must remain in designated areas.
No picking or damaging flowers unless pre-approved.
No littering; all trash and props must be removed.
No pets unless pre-approved.
Children must be supervised at all times.
No smoking, alcohol, or open flames allowed on the property.
4. Liability and Responsibility
Photographer assumes all responsibility for their own equipment, clients, and safety.
Photographer is liable for any damage caused to farm property during their use.
Farm Owner is not responsible for injury, loss, or theft occurring during the session.
Photographer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Farm Owner from any claims arising from the session.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.
Sessions may be rescheduled due to severe weather or other emergencies with mutual agreement.
6. Photo Use
Photographer may use images for their own portfolio, marketing, and client purposes.
Farm Owner may request to use select images for their own marketing with Photographer’s permission.
7. Entire Agreement
This document represents the entire agreement between the parties. Any changes must be in writing and signed by both parties. By purchasing this item you are committing to this agreement.
